My name is Denise and I am a mother of two sons and a grandmother of two girls. I was diagnosed in 2006 at the age of 44 with Type I Diabetes. I look forward to getting to know you and hope that this small glimpse into my daily life will help to educate the public on what it is like to live with diabetes. I also hope that those who also have this disease will realize that they are not alone
